These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Red Line Gutters website, located at https://www.redlinegutter.com, and for our text message program. Red Line Gutters is operated by E&E Hindle Enterprises LLC.

Red Line Gutters SMS Notifications

Red Line Gutters sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages relate to your gutter estimate or service: appointment and scheduling updates, service follow-ups, replies to your inquiry, and requests to leave a review of the work we performed. Messages that request a review include a link to our review page. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

How to opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number on our contact form, checking the SMS consent box (it is unchecked by default), and submitting the form. The box reads: “I agree to receive text messages from Red Line Gutters (E&E Hindle Enterprises LLC) about my estimate or service, including appointment updates and requests to leave a review. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

Message frequency. You will receive periodic messages, typically a few per job.

Cancel. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit our contact form with the SMS consent box checked, or reply "START", and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to info@redlinegutter.com or (850) 695-6200.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
